Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to your address.

Delivery Times

Some products are dispatched directly from our trusted manufacturing partners overseas.

Estimated delivery time is:

7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing, local courier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £50
  • A flat rate fee of £5 applies for orders under £50.
  • Shipping fees for orders under £50 are calculated at checkout

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at our customer support email info@pupcovery.co.uk, and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Returns, Exchanges & 30-Day Durability Guarantee

We want you and your dog to feel confident in your purchase. If your recovery suit has a manufacturing defect or experiences tearing or seam failure within the first 30 days of normal use, it is eligible for a free replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return, exchange, or warranty claim, the suit must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Include the original packaging and tags
  • Be returned to the address provided by our support team
  • Be clean and free from excessive pet hair, odours, and soiling
  • Include photos if the item is damaged or defective

Returns for Wrong Size or Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery as long as it:

  • Has not been worn or used
  • Is in its original condition
  • Includes all tags and packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or heavily soiled items unless they are being returned under our 30-Day Durability Guarantee for a verified manufacturing defect.

How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Please email info@pupcovery.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or damaged within the first 30 days, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
